I don't see it. What browser are you using? I suspect your browser isn't
rendering ' correctly.

Is there some specific reason we had to change the ' to a ' ?
What's the tip look like, do we have the same problem there?
(btw, every time something like this comes up, it's another "Aaargh! IE Sucks!"
moment. ;) So many standards MS doesn't implement.)

Fascinating. According to http://www.bbsinc.com/iso8859.html , ' is the
only one Mozilla implements but IE 6 doesn't.
