234032 - Downloading a file with the same name from two locations results in only one line in download manager

Steps:
Try to download a file from two mirrors into your favorite helper app:
1. http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/cvsgui/WinCvs120.zip?use_mirror=unc
2. http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/cvsgui/WinCvs120.zip?use_mirror=aleron

ask mozilla to open with winzip (if you don't have winzip, pick something else).

Expected results:
* two lines in downloadmanager showing progress for two concurrent downloads.

Actual results:
* one line in downloadmanager which started to track aleron.
* once aleron finished downloading the line remained finished until unc finished.
* once unc finished the line showed the progress from unc.

Then, as it is in SeaMonkey, let's dupe it to SM switching to toolkit, i.e. bug 381157
