When I just tried to enter a bug for Firefox I got an error telling me that I
selected an invalid OS/Version.
I changed Windows Server 2003 to Windows XP and it worked just fine.

Even on this bug I have had to put Windows XP even though I'm using Windows
Server 2003 and Bugzilla detects that when this page loads.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to enter a new bug.
2. Choose Windows Server 2003 as your OS
3. Submit the new bug.

Actual Results:  
I got a bugzilla error page.

Expected Results:  
Created the new bug without any errors.
