Some of the links at the bottom of the page (e.g. "FAQ and Contact  Us") attempt
to open a window using javascript:popupWin.  However nothing happens when I
click these links - no popup is displayed.

This is independent of whether popup blocking is activated.



Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on "FAQ and Contact  Us" or "Privacy Policy" or "Terms of Service"


Actual Results:  
Nothing

Expected Results:  
Create popup window.

This works in Safari 1.0.1 and IE 5.2.3, and in Netscape 7.1 (Mozilla/5.0
(Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.4) Gecko/20030624 Netscape/7.1).

I've tried restarting Mozilla, and rebooting, to no effect.  Most popups at most
sites work fine for me.

I'm running Mac OS 10.2.8.

WFM using Mozilla 1.8a4 (8/28/04 build) under MacOSX 10.3.5.

Now WFM using both Mozilla 1.7 and 1.8a3, but I'm now using MacOS 10.3.5, instead of 10.2.8, which I 
was running when I submitted the bug.

I recommend closing out this bug - not sure what changed, but seems like no one can reproduce it 
now, including me - not sure what the appropriate "resolved" status should be.

Based on previous comments and the fact that this worksforme with Mozilla
2004083108 on Mac OS 10.2.8: --> WFM.
