wfm Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:1.7a) Gecko/20040203 copied from here to a currently used texteditor, Programmers Notepad 2. UTF-8 -i You tested with 1.5, can you please retest with a current version, i.e. Mozilla 1.6, Firefox 0.8 or a current nightly?

wfm as well under mozilla 20040122 and firefox under windows 2000, copying and pasting to multiple editors. We can reopen this if the bug still exists in 1.6 or firefox under either windows or linux.
