The message view customize box does not have a field which shows if an email is
flagged or not.  I can't create a view which only shows me flagged email.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the message view combo box.
2. Go down to customize.
3. Click the New button.
4. Click on the Field name.

Actual Results:  
There is no Flag field name.

Expected Results:  
Should include Flag field name.
I guess this is legitimate, though I'm almost positive this is a dup of a filter
bug.

But yes, this would be useful.

Yes, this is a dup of "filter for flagged messages".

Not quite.  Read that bug.  It's asking for a filter option:

>1.  Go to tools/message filters.

That's different than a mail view.

Mail views use the filter backend, it only has a different front end.
There different bugs simply because it's backend/frontend.

Just because something is implemented there, doesn't mean it will be in the
frontend.  They are in different components as well.

If anything, this bug depends on that one.
Are you guys talking about bug #201433?  I did a search on Thunderbird, but that
bug is filed under MailNews.

Thunderbird uses the MailNews backend.  So it would need to be implemented there
first.

Seconded. This presumably small bug is a big hindrance for using Moz Mail
effectively.
Can we have this bug fixed for 1.0 please?
