Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7a) Gecko/20040213 Firebird/0.8.0+ caillon's fix for bug 153946 missed one case. Steps: 1. Click+hold below the scrollbar thumb. 2. Wait for the scrollbar thumb to reach the cursor position. <-- new step 3. Move the cursor down again. Expected: scroll by a page every time the cursor is below the bottom edge of the thumb. Result: no more scrolling.

What should happen if in step 3, you move the cursor above the scrollbar instead of below it?

If you move off of the thumb in the wrong direction, nothing should happen. It should act like the cursor is still on the thumb (so that moving off it in the right direction in the future can still scroll).
