If I download a file (say, gina-1.2.7), and I already had that file in my
directory, it gets saved as gina-2.2.7, and then gina-3.2.7 etc. instead of
gina-1.2..7-1, gina-1.2.7-2 or whatever.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download a file with a number in it (see link)
2. Save it to disk
3. Download it again

Actual Results:  
the file gets named poorly

Expected Results:  
not name it poorly
