234383 - Image blocking is disabled for client side image maps

There is no option to "block images from this server" if the image is part of a
client side image map.  Several banner ads are now using gratuitous image maps,
possibly to thwart this feature.

Also, "View image", "Save image as", "Copy image location" and "Send image" are
all missing.  However, image blocking is more important.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on the nonmap image and see that "Block images from this server"
is there
2. Rick click on the map image and see that there is no option to block this image.

Actual Results:  
Image in the client side map did not have "Block images from this server" in the
context menu.


This appears to be a duplicate of bug 208222, but is still occuring in release
1.6 and also adds the other missing context menu items.
