When you press PAUSE now and shut down Firefox it just cancels the download
(writes the part it has done to disk though).  

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download a file
2. Pause it
3. Close Firefox
4. Start Firefox again
5. Click the Retry button

Actual Results:  
It started again at 0.0%

Expected Results:  
It should have started back at where it was (for me, 204 MB of the 500 MB)
