User-Agent:
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8

Throughout the site at http://www8.tltc.ttu.edu/rreddick/ar/, the navigation
system that appears at the left is text-based. In all other current browsers
(including Mozilla 1.6 and Netscape 7.1) the borders at the bottom of each <li>
are displayed. Firefox 0.8 (and Firebird 0.7 before it) fail to display all
those border lines. Three are dropped.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just visit http://www8.tltc.ttu.edu/rreddick/ar/

Actual Results:
Menu appears, missing three lines (borders).

Expected Results:
Should have displayed lines under each menu item.
