234446 - unabel to start mozilla main window if closed while havin another winow open

After closing the main window (Mail window) while having at least one other 
thunderbird window open (Read Message, New Message, Search etc.), its 
impossible to start Mozilla again. First when the open windows (Read message, 
New Message, Search etc.) has been closed Thunderbird can be started once again.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Mozilla Thunderbird
2.Open another window from Mozilla Thunderbird (New Message, Read Message, 
Search or any other).
3.Close the Main Window of Mozilla Thunderbird, _leaving_ the opened window, 
open.
4. Try to (re)start mozilla.

Actual Results:  
Mozilla Thunderbird wouldn't (re)start, before the before open windows from 
Mozilla Thunderbird was closed.

Expected Results:  
Warned the user that closing the main window will result in closing all windows 
from Mozilla Thunderbird, and give the user the option to say OK or Cancel. (If 
OK it should close all windows related to Mozilla Thunderbird, if Cancel it 
shouln't do anything, nor close the application).
