when this page is loaded, all browser windows and processes close.  bug occures
even with java and javascript disabled.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. load URL hsces.com


Actual Results:  
clean shutdown of browser.

loading URL http://www.hsces.com/store/index.html (forwarded from above listed
URL) direct to composer results in page being loaded into browser without crash.
