The problem of bug163572 occurs also in Camino.
Since products differed, it reported separately as Camino.

bug163572 thinks that only the framework for fixing a problem is created by it.
I think that a problem solves only the framework and Windows of each platform
like bug16940, and a bug report is closed.

If the actual code which solves this problem does not appear in the following
patches attached to bug163572, I think it good to divide the problem of Camino.
