when no browser windows are open while clicking the received mail icon.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Close all Mozilla Firefox browser window, open yahoo messenger and send a mail
to your yahoo id.
2.A box and an icon in the task bar appears indication arrival of new mail.
3.Click on that. You are supposed to be looged in, which the browser cannot.
Actual Results:
The browser won't log you in.
Expected Results:
You are supposed to be looged in and can read the mail immediately.

This works for me in Mozilla 1.7 on winxp. I have multiple profiles and it will
open the profile manager, alert that it can not find the url, but then if I
dismiss the alert and enter Mozilla it will load Yahoo mail and display my
inbox. I will try with a fresh firefox build.

> You are supposed to be looged in
Why? Yahoo Messenger should not automatically log you in simply by passing an
URL to the browser (for obvious security reason). It's the browser that's
supposed to do that. Do you have "Remember My Log-in" checked when you log in in
Firefox?
yes, it is supposed to sign me automatically if I have checked the appropriate
options in the messenger. It works in IE and even works in FF if there is an
existing browser window of FF open (with some other website)
