Can't load an XHTML page written with MS Word. ( I think.. )

The Mozilla FireFox, official release version, can't load an XHTML page
composed by the MS Word. Instead of loading the page, it keeps loading old cache.
NOTE : The Firefox can load the same page stored on my local HDD. However if you
access it through web server, then it can't load the page.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. http://www-scf.usc.edu/~csci576b/
2. Click the "Assignment" link on the left
3. Compare the loaded page with the IE and the Firefox.
Actual Results:
It keeps loading old cache, which is not written with the MS Word.
( So, new page is written with the MS program, and old one is not. )
You may not face this problem, because you will not have older one in its cache.
Expected Results:
The XHTML page should be loaded.

what if you hit shift-reload? if the server is specifying a long time to live
for the cached page, we'll honour that unless you specifically reload from the
server.

No. I already checked it.
It can't be loaded.
Only the IE on Windows platform can load it.
I tried shift-return, reload, typing in the URL field, hit "reload" button.
