"Up/Down" arrow does not bring typing bar to beginning or end of 1 line text
field.  This may not be common for Windows/Linux users but for OS X it is
standard.  Small localization problem yes, like a fly ;)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Find one line text field (URL or search bar works)
2.Type a word
3.Press the "Up" arrow.

Actual Results:  
Bar stays where it is.

Expected Results:  
Gone to the beginning of the line.  conversly pressing the down arrow should go
to the end of the line.
