the menu which should be located under "Browse Devx" upper left part of the page
- "the popular topics; resource center" is located on the top-left-most corner
of the screen; in IE6 this menu is correctly positioned under the "Browe Devx" field

Looks like a problem in the browser-sniffing code on the site, but a minimal
testcase is needed to tell for sure... In any case, this is not JS engine.
