upon launching the win32 installer for the nightly build (2-21-04) the installer
worked fine untill it came to actualy installing the program.

I tried restarting, launching installer multiple times and the issue persisted.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. download 2-21-04 nightly build (win)
2. launch installer it will eventualy crash


Actual Results:  
app closed

Expected Results:  
install

where can I find the one you used ?

The 19.02 installer WFM on WinXP SP1.

Dup.  We have a bug for CRASHES/will not start.

Problem was reported on the 18th.

I've seen this as well.
