It should be a separate section directly under Customizing Mozilla
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Pull down Help
2. Choose Help Contents
3. Click on Contents
4. Choose Customizing Mozilla
5. Open Sidebar
Actual Results:
You will see Tabbed Browsing inside of Sidebar
Expected Results:
Tabbed Browsing should be directly under Customizing Mozilla.
