23523 - Remove Netscape as default in text field

Robin modified the Wizard screen text which now states that certain text fields
will have the word "Netcape" or "by Netscape" appended or added to the user
defined text string.

Therefore, we need to remove the default text string "Netscape" from these
fields:

1) Browser window's title bar text
2) Start menu program folder text
3) CD Autorun title bar and background text
4) Installer background text

I think there were 2 fields with this problem, please examine all pages to make
sure we don't miss any.

Have removed the default offensive "Netscape" from all Ze 4 Plazes and replaced
it with the much nicer "Aol-TimeWarner" ;-).
