23528 - Subject line should be bold

When displaying a message, the subject line should be displayed in bold.  Right
now it's rather hard to see what the message is about, especially plain text
messages: The message text appears a few point sizes larger (in Courier) than
the headers--maybe this should be changed too.  In any case, the subject line is
bold in NS4.x.

subjects are now bold. I just added a style rule to msghdrviewOverlay.css

The header pane went away, and now the subject is no longer bold.

reclosing.....there was a regression last night that was fixed that had the 
whole message pane horked.
