When I download or save a page on the Internet, the download box does not
appear, like it did in Firebird, even though I have that option checked in the
options for downloading.  

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download or save any page on the Internet

Actual Results:  
Same thing.  File saves OK, but box with percentage completed and "launch file"
never appears.

Expected Results:  
Download box should appear whenever anything is saved or downloaded, the same as
it did in Firebird.

you have a very old firefox. this is invalid

This is a very old build of Firefox, and under the new download manager, if the
file takes a very small amount of time to download, it will not popup the
download manager window, regardless of whether or not it is set to open.

I'm marking this as invalid. Please only reopen if you can reproduce this with a
new build of Firefox and a large-ish file that takes at least 5 seconds to download.
