For some reason, table borders don't print completely on white background pages.
 I am not sure if the table wold print completely on another background color or
not.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make a table with a border, and print it.
2. You will notice that most of the table border prints but not al of it.

As stated above.
