Selecting "Tools" / "Import from file..." opens the "duplicate management"
window. Selecting "Add duplicates" enables "Prompt for each" -checkbox, but
checking it is still not possible.
ImportDuplicatesDialog.xul has a small error, will post a fix in a minute.
