GFX scrollbars are still being used for ftp sites (as opposed to the much faster
native widgets). This is rather inconsistent, and initially somewhat confusing.
Browsing long file lists becomes particularly painful.

Obviously there are some performace problems with GFX scrollbars remaining on
Linux, but they will need to be addressed instead of worked around by using 
native scrollbars, because GFX scrollbars will be the only scrollbars,
on all platforms. It is the native scrollbars that are being replaced...
