I got the mail about the last comment (#128) twice. There was quite some time
between the mails, so it could be a temporary glitch.

I've just experienced a similar thing with bug 97806 and this happened several
times. The reason I get these e-mails is because I'm on the CC list.

Here's a history of the last e-mails coming from this bug.

So obviously, this problem can be reproduced. That's the only bugmail I received
lately, so I cannot say if this happens for every single bug, or if there are
some specific bugs affected by this problem.

Anyways, changing the description of the bug since it's more general.
