i have not found any other web sites where the pullbar was there , normally on the 
right hand side, other methods of scolling seemd to work. i have gone back to
using firebird .7 till this problem is remedied

Steps to Reproduce:
1.go to any website that is long enough to need scolling and the pullbar isnt there

Actual Results:  
the website comes up without a pullbar

Expected Results:  
the pullbar should have been in place as it is with every other browser ive ever
used

i have most all of the scroll extensions in place but , the problem was there
before i put them in place and has stayed there. i deleted firebird before i
added firefox but i likely didnt delete all of it as the themes and all seem to
mostly be in place when i first opened firefox

try changing back to the default firefox theme
