User changes their email address and preset queries break. Admin has to login
and fix manually in sql database

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change login name
2. Click on a preset query
3. 

Actual Results:  
No bugs found and old address still in the web browser

Expected Results:  
Find xx bugs for user
