When you have a <select> like in the URL, the CSS associated to a selected
option isn't applied when viewing the select as it is, eg. not by opening the
drop-down

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit URL
2. See that without clicking the dropdown, the selected option has no CSS style
applied
3. Click dropdown
4. In the list of the dropdown, the CSS is applied

Actual Results:  
No CSS applied in the selected option

Expected Results:  
Apply the CSS
