As .xul and .xpi are file types which can be stored locally in an ordinary way,
it should be possible to open them from the "Open File"-Dialog without having to
choose "All Files".
I propose to
- put .xul together with .html etc. in "HTML files", as firefox renders .xul
pages like usual .html pages. Maybe rename "HTML files".
- give .xpi an own menu point as installing something is kind of a special operation
same goes for seamonkey.
Reproducible: Always

adding .xpi files in bug #139214
adding .xul files in bug #81789
-> marked as duplicate of #139214
