ENHANCEMENT:
Add a Thunderbird system tray icon (like the Quick Launch in Seamonkey) that
makes Thunderbird startup faster and checks email automatically at intervals and
uses "Biff" to notify of new email when it is received.

OR

Add an option to "Minimize Thunderbird to System Tray" so when Thunderbird is
minimized and the option is selected, it will be minimized to an icon in the
WinXP system tray.

In either case, "Biff" would continue checking mail at specified intervals,
displaying an alert if new mail comes in, and giving the ability to start
Thunderbird by clicking the "ACCOUNT has X new messages" pop-up or by
double-clicking/right clicking the Thunderbird icon in the system tray.
I searched before posting this bug and didn't see any duplicates, but a
subsequent search brought up Bug 208963; this looks like it could be a
duplicate. 208923 is for adding a tray icon; this is for using the tray icon to
check for new mail ("Biff"). Still, it might be a dupe.
