Events starting on the first hour of the day are drawn incorrectly.

The event 'length' is calculated from (the start hour) hour-box heigth.
Calendar.css, however, sets "border-top: none;" for the first hour-box.

The drawing problem is removed if the style setting is removed (and IMHO it
doesn't even look bad).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. create event starting on hour 0 with a length of 10 hours

Actual Results:
Event is about10 pixels shorter than it should be.

Expected Results:
event visual length should be 10 hours
