User-Agent: Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7a) Gecko/20040219 Mozilla will crash if I click a link that downloads a doc and launches 3rd party app Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Send yourself an email with a hyperlink to a Word Doc or Excel spreadsheet. 2. Click the link. T 3. The doc will download, the app will open and load into Word/Excel/etc but then Mozilla will crash. Actual Results: Mozilla quits Expected Results: stayed up Can't do that without throwing away all this typing! =-( I'll come back and update this field.
Unable to reproduce with Mozilla 1.7 beta on windows XP

(In reply to comment #1) Yeah, me neither; in fact deinstalling and reinstalling 1.7Alpha made the problem go away as well, and I couldn't make it reoccur.
