I would like to update the pages for Rhino (the URL above) to fall a bit more 
in line with the new mozilla.org theme, but I'm afraid that I don't know anyone 
else with access, so I doubt they would vouch for me.  The page owner doesn't 
look to have done anything for a few years now so I have no idea if I'd get a 
response to any changes I file as bugs.

You can have a look at my site - http://www.pat.id.au to see if I have a clue 
about HTML - if it's no chop then fair enough.

Patrick: In order to start the process I need you to fill out a Hacking Form
(http://mozilla.org/hacking/form.html) and get a voucher to post in the bug.

Sorry, I'm not in the US - I don't have a fax available to fax internationally.
 Can I scan the form and send an email to somewhere?

Form received. The only other thing I need is to have a voucher who already has
access post in the bug. I see in Comment #1 that you don't have a voucher, so
adding [e-mail] to this bug for review.
