The customize window does not let you move the close tab button. I would like to
place the Open New Tab and Close Tab button next to each other, but this seems
impossible.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right Click on tool bar
2.Choose Customize
3.Try to drag the Open New Tab button next to the Close Tab button
