Just try it your self:
Take the Mailclient, compose a new message an place the new window the way, it
overlaps not the full messagelist. Now place an explorer somewhere on the
desktop an take a file. Take ths mouse route: Drag the file out of the explorer,
drag it over the upper boundary of the messagelist that not had the focus. It
starts scrolling. Now leave the messagelist, while you still drag the file, into
the "new mail"-window. The messagelist keeps scrolling. You can just stop it
when you take a new file and drag it somewhere else over the message list... Im
sorry if this problem is already in here but our firewall prohibes searches in
this list...

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Drag an file over the "scroll-sesitive-boundaries" in the messagelist
2. Leave to another "focused" window that overlaps the messagelist
Actual Results:  
The messagelist keeps on scrolling.

Expected Results:  
It shound recognize the lost of focus or drag over-event to stop scrolling or
prohibe scrolling in the message list.
