In the Account Settings window, on the left there is an option for "Composition
& Addressing." When you select it, the title on the right comes up "Addressing &
Composition." They should both be the same (I prefer "Composition & Addressing")

Of course, I could have been more careful when spelling "inconsistent" in the
summary!

Um, mine doesn't look like that...
The left pane is "Composition & Addressing", and in the right the heading is
also "Composition & Addressing".
