when I'm browsing an IDL domain (with german umlaut characters) the view source
code is not working.
The window opens, but I get the error message "could not be found. Please check
the name and try again"

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to a IDL domain (e.g. http://www.schneidär.de
2. rightclick, view source code

Actual Results:  
an error dialog with the message "could not be found. Please check the name and
try again" appears

Expected Results:  
the source code of the page should be shown.

it is working with the encoded domain name (e.g. http://xn--schneidr-6za.de
 )
