User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8 If you on one of the links on the Shaw's site (for example, "Online Circular"), instead of displaying within the browser, a helper-app box pops up to download the HTML file instead of displaying the page. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Browse to http://www.shaws.com/ (allow cookies) 2. Click on "Online Circular" link (under "Save") 3. Notice the box that appears Actual Results: Get a box that says: Opening index.html You have chosen to open index.html from: http://blah blah which is a: HyperText Markup Language What should Firefox do with this file? Expected Results: Page should just display normally. Shaw's site won't work at all unless cookies are enabled, so make sure you enable them for www.shaws.com before attempting to diagnose this. Tested w/ Firefox 0.8 on Win2K & XP, as well as Mozilla 1.4 on Win98 by several people (I can confirm later w/ FF and Moz on FreeBSD but I think this enough to warrant a "bug"). Could very well turn out to be a tech-evang issue but will wait until someone can confirm one way or another.
