when the text that is around the list box
and drag start on item of listbox,
but the drag is not in listbox, the drag have selected text.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.select the text around listbox.
e.x., select following text in above URL.

where one or more of the following changed:
+---------------------+
|[Bug creation]       |
|Alias                |
|Assignee             |
|URL                  |
+---------------------+
and the new value was:

2.start drag on item of listbox.(e.x., on [Bug Creation])
3.mouse up on the listbox that is started drag.

Actual Results:  
the selected text is dragged(not select the listbox items),
and after step3, selecting the listbox items.

Expected Results:  
if drag is started on item of listbox,
listbox items should be selected.

This bug reproduce with Win32, Mac, and FreeBSD builds.
