if I was on a webpage with an umlaut in the domain, there's an error, if I want
to go to this page again, if I click on it in the history or in the go menu

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter an URL with an umlaut in it. e.g. www.müller.de
2. Open the history and click on the entry of the page you visited
Actual Results:
It tries to get the wrong URL, and an DNS error occurs

Expected Results:
It goes to the right URL
