It is supposed to have a white-on-black menu between the ugly green bar at the top and the page itself, but it is not shown by mozilla. In internet explorer the menu is there like it should be Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:
Probably Evang since they use an old version of Coolmenus (v3.02 dated 2001) http://www.kvt.vgs.no/coolmenus3.js http://www.dhtmlcentral.com/projects/coolmenus/?m=10 says: News and changes in version 4: - It now actually works cross-browser.
