Do you want password manager to save this logon?
{X}Don't show this again
{Yes}{Never for this site}{No}

This would be useful in a public places or people with 1 pc for the family. In
my library, IE asks to save password but that would be bad since the place is
public, so itincludes an option so I won't get interrupted later.
Tools > Options > Privacy > Saved Passwords, uncheck "Remember Passwords".

IMO, an extra checkbox in the "Do you want password manager to save this logon?"
dialog would be confusing and unnecessary.
I strongly disagree with Comment 1. I am actually here to file this very bug -
but ran across this while checking for dupes. It is very annoying to have to
deal with this alert every time you log into your mail, etc. It has always been
one of the first things I automatically turn off. *adds vote to bug*

This strikes me as just being UI clutter, and we've WONTFIXED bugs similar to this before.
