If you've turned off imap subscription, and you delete a folder from another
client, we don't remove the folder from your profile. Fix upcoming.

We were already explicitly listing folders that didn't come back from the
initial list response. This fix makes it so that when we list the folder, and
it does not get verified, we remove it locally.
