While there are options to specify the folder wherein sent/received messages
will be saved for various accounts, there does not seem to be an option to
specify where the address book is saved. For "frozen" state machines (networked
machine that restore to a 'safe' configuration upon reboot), this means that the
address book will be lost on reboot.

I agree this is a critical missing feature, but this particular bug appears to
be a duplicate of bug 143451.
