User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.6) Gecko/20040206 Firefox/0.8 The tab close button is very close to the window close button. Thanks to Fitt's Law, I often accidentally hit the window button when reaching for the tab close button. Firebird exits and I lose all my tabs! I think the window close button should be disabled when the tab close button exits. The user can still exit the browser using the File>Exit or System>Close menus. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open multiple tabs 2. Try to close a tab quickly 3. Notice that, thanks to Fitt's Law, you can easily hit the window close button instead of the tab close button! :-( Actual Results: The window closes and I lose all my tabs. Expected Results: The window should not close and I do not lose all my tabs.
Nightly builds already have a feature to warn you if you try to close a window that has multiple tabs open. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 68215 ***
