I promised to try to break out the OS clients into separate documents, and
finally started on Windows.

There were enough issues where I didn't want to extend the discussion in the
top-level bug, which produced cvs-intro.html as a result.

I've surfed through a ton of pages, and gotten a basic write up of the likely
usable clients.

I also found that the old instructions, which said "set HOME=\TEMP" is not
entirely sensible, because it affects the location of .cvspass. There is no
"\TEMP" on my W2K system, so I think this is a Win9x convention that was never
updated.

bsmedberg says this file should be keep in a secure place, so I'm trying to
figure out if we should recommend a different HOME ($TEMP)? or simply not
suggest it be set.

I'll probably post the first draft today.
