Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. disable loading of remote images in prefs
2. view a html mail with remote inline images
3. right click on a remote inline image and select View Image

Actual Results:  
An empty window without caption and redraw opens

Expected Results:  
Either have the image load (maybe with prior warning) or for a quick hack just
disable this option on remote images when loading of those is disabled in prefs.
