when crossing into another non-default mail account using 'next unread'
function, the message is displayed momentarily, then replaced by the 'mail start
page'.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. specify a 'mail start page' in preferences
2. mark a message unread in a non-default mail account
3. restart mozilla (to trigger the startup pages)
4. from default account, press next unread message, confirming the dialog box
asking to proceed to next account

Actual Results:  
startup page replaces message

Expected Results:  
message override startup page
